Founded by Andrew Yang in Q1 2022, Lobby3's mission is to advocate on behalf of civically and socially impactful applications of distributed ledger technology, and foster the development of these technologies as public goods. 

Native to the world of DAOs, we are also a living experiment in organizational design. Starting from first principles about when organizational centralization is warranted, we aspire to find compliant and sustainable ways to decentralize aspects of our pursuits. 

We are currently in the process of establishing an Unincorporated Nonprofit Association, building out our on-chain membership structure, and pursuing 501(c)(4) status to operate as a social welfare organization.
